How to set 120Hz on a Windows system?

For Windows: Connect your computer to the monitor, select System Settings > Screen > Advanced Display Settings on your computer. From there, select Monitor 2: TYPEC and select 120Hz

How to set 120Hz on a macOS system?

For macOS: Connect your computer to the monitor, select System Settings > Monitor on your computer. Choose Monitor 2: TYPEC and select 120Hz

How to set Freesync？

1.The monitor must be connected to the computer.

2.Long Press the Menu button to open and display the OSD menu

3.Select Other – Find Freesync and then turn it on
